Enrol Members in a Skills Plan

Enrolment controls which members are tracked against a skills plan. Members must be enrolled before their completions can be recorded.

  • Brigade admin or organisation admin role
  • An existing skills plan — Create a Skills Plan if you haven’t already

After creating a new skills plan, StationOne takes you directly to the Members page. You can also reach it at any time from the plan detail page.

From a plan you’ve just created:

  • You are automatically taken to the Members page after saving

From an existing plan:

  1. Navigate to Training → Skills Maintenance
  2. Open the plan
  3. Click Members
  1. Tick the checkbox next to each member you want enrolled
  2. Use Select all or Deselect all to quickly adjust the selection
  3. Click Save enrolments

Members with an Enrolled badge are already active in the plan. Members you untick are removed from the plan (their completion history is preserved if you re-enrol them later).

The members list shows all active (non-archived) members in your unit.


  1. Open the plan and click Members
  2. Untick the member’s checkbox
  3. Click Save enrolments

The member’s completion records are retained. If you re-enrol them later, their previous sign-offs are still visible.


Enrol members who are expected to complete the skills in the plan during the current cycle. You might:

  • Enrol all active operational members in a general competency plan
  • Enrol only BA operators in a breathing apparatus skills plan
  • Enrol new members in an induction skills plan
  • New members — Enrol them as soon as they join so completions can be recorded from their first session
  • Members leaving — Unenrolling removes them from the progress view without deleting their history
  • Archived members — Automatically excluded from the members list; their completion records are preserved
