Getting Started

Welcome to StationOne! This guide will help you get started with the platform.

StationOne is a comprehensive fire brigade management platform that helps you manage:

  • Vehicles and fleet inspections
  • Equipment tracking and maintenance
  • Hydrant inspections and runs
  • Member qualifications and availability
  • Training and events
  • Hoses, Hydrants and other critical infrastructure
  • Pre-plans

After registering, you’ll need to set up your organisation and units. Navigate to the organisation settings to configure:

  • Organisation details
  • Units (fire stations/brigades)
  • Member roles and permissions

Invite your team members to join the platform. They’ll receive an email invitation to create their account and join your organisation.

StationOne uses a modular system. Enable the modules you need:

  • Vehicle Management
  • Equipment Tracking
  • Hydrant Management
  • Hose Management
  • Training & Events
