Getting Started
Welcome to StationOne! This guide will help you get started with the platform.
StationOne is a comprehensive fire brigade management platform that helps you manage:
- Vehicles and fleet inspections
- Equipment tracking and maintenance
- Hydrant inspections and runs
- Member qualifications and availability
- Training and events
- Hoses, Hydrants and other critical infrastructure
- Pre-plans

First Steps
Section titled “First Steps”1. Set Up Your Organisation
Section titled “1. Set Up Your Organisation”After registering, you’ll need to set up your organisation and units. Navigate to the organisation settings to configure:
- Organisation details
- Units (fire stations/brigades)
- Member roles and permissions
2. Add Members
Section titled “2. Add Members”Invite your team members to join the platform. They’ll receive an email invitation to create their account and join your organisation.
3. Configure Modules
Section titled “3. Configure Modules”StationOne uses a modular system. Enable the modules you need:
- Vehicle Management
- Equipment Tracking
- Hydrant Management
- Hose Management
- Training & Events
